Owned creative and brand strategy at a high-growth, fast-paced B2B cybersecurity startup, supporting rapid market expansion and positioning RegScale as a leader in continuous compliance. Played a key role in a company-wide rebrand, launching scalable identity systems across web, product, sales, and marketing channels under an accelerated timeline. Collaborate cross-functionally to translate complex cybersecurity and GRC concepts into compelling, conversion-focused design assets. Oversee the development of core deliverables including the website, event branding, executive presentations, and collateral, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. Senior Design Manager April 2022 to April 2024
Oversaw and executed brand strategy and top- and mid-funnel creative during a high-growth phase at ZeroFox, culminating in the company’s 2022 IPO. Spearheaded a full rebrand, developing scalable design systems across all touchpoints, including social, web, print, motion, and presentations. Collaborated with demand generation, product marketing, and threat intelligence teams to translate complex cybersecurity content into clear, high-impact campaigns—contributing to a 108% increase in pipeline. Led video and motion design from concept to final production, delivering over 30 content assets for marketing and executive initiatives. Applied a user-centered, data-informed approach to web optimization, resulting in measurable increases in engagement and lead conversions.

As a freelance designer, I had the privilege of collaborating with The Institute for Florida Pain Specialist to undertake a comprehensive website and branding transformation aimed at elevating their online presence and achieving strategic objectives. The project focused on enhancing user experience (UX), optimizing website analytics, and increasing potential patient referrals. We embarked on a journey to not only refresh the visual identity but also to craft a more user-friendly and informative digital platform. The result was a modern, inviting website that seamlessly guides visitors through essential information while showcasing the expertise and compassionate care offered by the institute. 

ASHCO, Inc. Jacksonville, FL
Lead Designer October 2015 to December 2021 - Contract April 2019 to November 2022
Served as a long-term design partner with ASHCO, a real estate development firm, leading branding and visual development across tenant improvement initiatives and architectural marketing efforts. Developed targeted sales collateral and digital marketing campaigns for print, email, web, and social—resulting in a 200% increase in engagement and supporting 86% occupancy growth. Created 3D renderings and models using SketchUp, Vectorworks, and Lumion, in collaboration with architects on outdoor installations and construction projects. Oversaw vendor coordination and managed freelance creatives to ensure quality and reduce production costs.

Fulfilled client's needs on full branding and a website build. While researching the hair braiding industry, I worked with the client to highlight the benefits of having a website. Addressed competition and developed a website to attract new clients. Responsible for overall web project management and analytics from design through execution and maintenance.
